Tiffany & Ryan’s New Hampshire Fall Wedding
A Picture Perfect Lakes Region Wedding Among the Fall Foliage
Tiffany and Ryan’s wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love beautifully set against the colorful New Hampshire mountains in the fall. Nestled in the heart of the Lakes Region at Cold Spring Farm and inspired by the season, their wedding was a delightful blend of rustic charm, warm autumn hues, and heartfelt moments to last a lifetime.
Their Love Story Begins
Tiffany and Ryan’s journey together began with a chance meeting online. Their shared interests quickly blossomed into a deeper connection. After spending a few weeks getting to know each other online, they decided to meet face-to-face at The Common Man, a cozy local restaurant. Their first date was so memorable that they have commemorated it every year by dining at the same spot. They also made the easy decision to have the wedding catered by The Common Man, a testament to the sentimental value it holds for them.
From that first meeting, their relationship unfolded into a series of adventures. Their companionship only grew stronger as they spent time together sharing the things they love, like cheering on their favorite football team or exploring the vast beauty of our national parks. Their similar interests and passion for life made it easy for them to grow together, challenging each other and creating memories that would last a lifetime.
A Proposal to Remember
The proposal was nothing short of magical. While vacationing on Pea Island in the Outer Banks, Ryan orchestrated a moment that was both intimate and picturesque. The two of them had carved out a heart in the sand, hoping to capture a few playful photos. As they returned to their blanket, savoring the ocean view, Ryan seized the moment. He helped Tiffany to her feet and proposed, with only the serene ocean and a couple of distant onlookers bearing witness - the perfect romantic setting for such a private and special occasion.
The universe seemed to acknowledge and share in the celebration of their engagement, as the sky opened up and a quick downpour drenched them on their walk back to the car. Yet, as the rain subsided, a vibrant rainbow stretched across the sky, completing the moment with nature’s blessing. This poetic touch of rain and rainbow not only marked their engagement but also echoed on their wedding day, adding an enchanting symmetry to their love story.
Planning the Perfect Wedding
Choosing the right wedding venue is a pivotal part of wedding planning, and is often the first major step. For Tiffany and Ryan, Cold Spring Farm was the ideal choice. Located within convenient proximity to Boston, their Lakes Region wedding venue offered everything they had envisioned for their special day. Cold Spring Farm naturally exudes the rustic charm they were looking for, complete with a cozy hand-built cottage for preparation, a getting-ready apartment, and an extensive collection of decor that happened to perfectly align with their vision.
Tiffany and Ryan felt welcomed when they visited Cold Spring Farm, and appreciated the genuine hospitality and flexibility of this New Hampshire wedding venue. The couple felt they would truly be able to enjoy their day knowing every detail would be taken care of. They appreciated the ease of planning with Cold Spring Farm, where the availability of a variety of decor included in their venue fee meant they didn’t have to invest in items of single-use. They also loved having the ability to set up the day before the wedding, allowing them to not feel rushed or stressed on the day of.
A Day to Remember
The wedding day was filled with moments that Tiffany, Ryan, and all in attendance will cherish forever. Their favorite memory was the first look, a moment charged with anticipation and joy, set against a backdrop of gently falling rain and the sun’s golden rays peeking through the clouds. Adding to the idyllic scene were horses grazing peacefully in the background, enhancing the rustic elegance of their celebration.
One standout feature that added a personal touch to their wedding was their photobooth, which featured a “fat head” of their beloved cat, Milo, as a prop to pose with. This quirky addition delighted guests and resulted in countless memorable photos with their beloved baby, Milo, who could not physically be in attendance.
Ryan and Tiffany’s wedding was a testament to the power of community support and local businesses. The venue team was comprised of incredible small and local businesses working together to help create the perfect wedding weekend for their couple. The catering by The Common Man, a New Hampshire staple, and rehearsal dinner catered by Wicked Good Wood Fired Pizza was amazing. The blooms provided by local florist Branch and Bloom pulled in the autumn-inspired color palette perfectly. Queen City Cupcakes, a Manchester, NH favorite bakery, provided the most incredible desserts. DJ Dayna from Precision Entertainment (some of our favorite DJs) provided the vibes and kept the dance floor going all night. We are so grateful to Tiffany and Ryan for assembling an incredible team for us to work with on their day. (See below for the full lineup).
Their story is a beautiful reminder of how a well-chosen wedding venue and team of vendors, together with thoughtful planning, can create a wedding day that is not only beautiful but also deeply personal and meaningful.
Tiffany & Ryan took the time to share some meaningful advice for future couples planning their New Hampshire weddings.
“Take time to really enjoy the process. So much time and effort goes into this one day! Our DJ gave us this suggestion but told us to take just 5 minutes with you and your spouse to take it all in together. We had 5 minutes in the cottage with just the two of us and it was amazing!”
The couple also shared a little bit about their experience celebrating their wedding day with us at Cold Spring Farm.
“Everything about our experience with Cold Spring Farm was amazing. This was the only venue we toured and before we left we had booked our date for the upcoming year. The process was easy and Sarah and Diane were both so helpful throughout the process. Have the huge selection of décor was so helpful to plan and not have to buy a ton of things that would only have a single use. We were able to set up the day before our wedding and had our rehearsal dinner at the farm. Everything was flawless from the moment we stepped on the property until we picked up our last item the day after the wedding. Sarah was so organized with the day of coordination that I felt like I didn’t need to worry about anything!”
As Tiffany and Ryan embark on the next chapter of their lives together, their wedding at Cold Spring Farm stands as a testament to their love and the community that supports them. Their day was a perfect blend of the rustic and romantic, set in the stunning scenery of a Lakes Region wedding venue in the fall. We wish Tiffany and Ryan a future filled with love, laughter, and many more adventures together.
In choosing to support local businesses and vendors, Tiffany and Ryan not only crafted a wedding day that was uniquely theirs but also contributed to the vibrant community in which they celebrated. Their story is an inspiration for all couples planning their special day, demonstrating that with the right wedding venue and community support, a dream wedding is entirely possible. May their journey continue to be filled with love, joy, and new adventures.
