Shop The Decor

Coldspring Farm offers the unique option for those planning events with us to utilize our inventory of decor items at no additional cost. Please note that these items may only be used on-site the day of your event and are not available to be removed from the property or rented at any other time. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date however we occasionally add items to our collection before they make it to the online shop. If you have seen something in photos or at a visit that you do not see in the online collection, please contact us and we will let you know about availability.

Directions

-Please only complete the cart checkout process ONE TIME. Once you have submitted your cart, you will not be able to make changes.

-Inventory amounts are listed within each item description. When applicable, let us know how many of each item you would like to borrow.

-Your decor selections must be submitted no later than three weeks prior to your event date.

-We suggest waiting until it is relatively close to your wedding date to ‘check out’ so that you get to choose from the most up-to-date options.

*Please note that unfortunately sometimes items do get damaged/lost/broken throughout the wedding season. If you have chosen something that is no longer available we will do our best to match your request with a new/similar item.
