Sarah Adler

Owner, Event Manager/Coordinator, and creative mind behind many of our endeavors. Sarah works tirelessly on how we execute our events operating on the principle that all events/wedding days are unique and sacred. She is the point of contact for all of our wedding couples - providing them with support throughout the process and all the tools needed to execute a smooth and successful event. She is incredibly driven to expand the value we provide and create/nurture an environment of inclusion and growth.

Bob Adler

General Manager and Maintenance.  Bob quietly and effectively handles everything from trail maintenance to firewood for the firepit, gardening, snow removal, building cabins, parking cars, clearing trees, building arbors and almost anything else you can imagine as we grow and seek to maintain and continuously improve the farm.

Mariah Piaseczny

Manager of our in-house bar-services at CSF. Mariah works closely with our couples and families to plan and deliver all beverage and liquor needs including champagne toasts, signature drinks and everything in between. Mariah is fully insured to tend bar for events. She is eternally positive, hard-working and driven to provide value to our clients.

Jillian Moulton

Website guru, blogger extraordinaire and general supporter of all things media, social, and marketing related. Jill’s energy and passion for Cold Spring Farm and our communication to the world helps us refine our message and get it out there to you!

Kelly Senter

Project leader, wrangler, and all around doer. Kelly has worked with us at CSF long before we were ever an event venue. She has had a hand in many of our projects over the years including (but certainly not limited to) building, landscaping, trail and pasture creation, the introduction of horses to our property, and every little thing in between!

Rick Loudon

Equipment and property maintenance. Rick is an all around helper who supports us in every job large and small. He keeps our equipment running and assists with everything from landscaping and parking to building and expansion and all things in between.

We are dedicated to providing value and sharing this amazing property we have the privilege of stewarding. We are honored to be part of your special events.

We know these moments are sacred, and we will always treat them as such.

Your events inspire us to grow, and improve. Our team is driven to differentiate us through that service and value.

When you celebrate with us, you become part of the CSF family.

We can’t wait to meet you and serve you to the best of our combined abilities!
