NEW for 2025…

• The Loft at Cold Spring, a 1br apartment with large deck and garden/mountain views. Available as early as 8:00 AM the day of your wedding.

• The Cabin at Cold Spring, a brand-new studio cabin, complete with a secluded back deck, covered outdoor space, fire pit, and yard. Now available for overnight rental.

Also - enjoy multiple large yard areas adjacent to the barn/pastures. These can be utilized for yard games, seating, outdoor cocktail hour, tents, food trucks, etc. 

Also Included…

• Event manager dedicated to the execution of your vision. They will work with you months in advance to gather your information, create a timeline, floor plan, and lineup. They will manage your vendors’ arrivals/departures and needs so that you don’t have to worry about a thing! Click here for a more in-depth description of our Event Management services.

• Devoted staff members who will always be on-site when you are, to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible. 

• All necessary furniture provided, including (but not limited to) -

• Hand-made wooden farm tables (Runners can be found in our decor shop.)

• Sweetheart table (Choose between a mini farm table or a mini round table)

• Round tables (5’ and 6’ options, white linens provided)

• Buffet tables (4’, 6’, & 8’ options, black linens provided for food service tables)

• 30” Round Cocktail tables (black or white linens provided)

• 30” Square Metal Pub tables w/ stools (typically used on the patio)

• Various antique wood tables

• Black resin chairs

• Neutral linens for all tables that require covering

• Runners for farm tables

• Live edge barrel tables (located at the patio)

• Adirondack chairs for the fire pit

• Handmade cedar benches at the ceremony area

• Access to our large collection of decor items & outdoor games and support from our Event Manager to help you get everything set up just right

Full Weekend Rental Pricing

Off Prime Weekends

November - May

$12,000

This includes 4 hours on the Friday before your wedding between the hours of 10 am-5 pm for decorating and rehearsing.

You may arrive Saturday as early as 8:00 am to use the Cottage or Loft apartment for hair and makeup. (We can make exceptions for weddings that end earlier.) Town ordinance requires music to stop no later than 10:00 pm. The farm is closed/guests must depart by no later than 10:30 pm. You have the morning on Sunday to pick up your décor items and other belongings by 11:00 am. If you would prefer not to come back in the morning, let us know, and we will have staff prepared to help you pack your belongings the evening of your event.

Please contact us for guest counts over 100.

You have the option to add additional time to your weekend rental for a Rehearsal Dinner or a Farewell Sunday Brunch.

Interested in a weekday wedding? We are happy to accommodate you! You would have a similar package with the day prior available to you for decorating and rehearsing for 4 hours between 10 am to 5 pm. Up to 100 guests, please contact us if you anticipate being over 100.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS – We are generally closed on holiday weekends. If you are interested in a holiday weekend, contact us directly. There is an upcharge for holiday weekends, should we be able to accommodate your needs. This includes New Year’s, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus / Indigenous People’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.

Please Note

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Cold Spring Farm listed as the additional insured. We can not include this in your venue rental fee as the cost is dependent on the details of your event.  The typical approximate cost is $75-$150 Find out more here.

There is NO additional sales tax in the state of New Hampshire for your venue rental. The price listed is the price you pay.

We do not want to charge you for services that you will not utilize. This is why We provide some services that you can choose to add on to your package if they resonate with you and fall within your budget.
