If you love the magic of the Lakes Region and the charm of a classic New England barn, a wedding reception at ColdSpring Farm is the perfect choice - not only will you get to experience the natural beauty of our property, but you will also have the barn at your disposal for gathering, dining, dancing, and more. Because we can’t predict the weather, having both is truly the best of both worlds.

Location, Location, Location

When deciding where to celebrate your wedding, location is key. Many ideas for outdoor weddings come from what couples love to do together and with family. Many choose ColdSpring Farm for their love of Lake Winnipesaukee, the beauty of the woods in New Hampshire, and because they know it’s a place their friends and family would truly love to gather.

ColdSpring Farm is located in Alton Bay, N.H. - just an hour and forty minutes from Logan International Airport, as well as easily accessible to and from The White Mountains, Lakes Region, and Seacoast of New Hampshire.

Preparation Is Key

Being prepared for the big day is key, and a huge undertaking. Because of this, we have tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and even some decorations to help you get started. We also have a large coffee marker, stainless steel decanters, a commercial 3 gallon thermos, stainless steel chafing dishes, and numerous vases; all available to you.

But Most Importantly, Have Fun!

What many love most about ColdSpring Farm is the spacious outdoor setting in which loved ones can gather to socialize and have fun. We have a large patio with a fire pit and plenty of space for lawn games. The barn is perfect for dining and dancing, while the cottage is a great place to escape for a bit of quiet time. Whatever your vision may be, we have the location and tools to ensure the vision of your outdoor event comes to life.
